In 2004, U.S. citizens adopted approximately 196 children from the Philippines. Children available for adoption are 11-20 months of age, as well as older children and children with special needs. These children reside in foster care and orphanages.

Travel required: Yes, if married, one parent must travel; in-country stay of approximately 5-7 days.
Singles accepted: Yes
Other: Six month pre-adoptive supervised placement with accredited agency supervision; adoptions are finalized in the U.S.
